Return policy

By using HarryWilson.be and / or placing an order, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set out in this document (the returns policy).

Please make sure you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing your order.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned .

* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.


* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact the entity that issued your credit card, as there might be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Trades (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to info@harrywilson.be and send us your item to the address you will send us.


Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift during purchase and was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift during purchase, or if the giver of the gift preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the giver of the gift. and he will know that you have returned the item.

Shipping
To return a product, you must send it by post to the address we will give you by email.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
